Answers to the most common questions about Lounary.

Hit the invite button on the main page and complete the Discord OAuth flow. You'll need the Manage Server permission on the server you want to add me to. Once authorised, I'll appear in your server and you can start configuring modules straight away.

Completely free — no paywalled features, no premium tiers. Every single module is available to everyone. If you'd like to show some support, voting for Lounary on top.gg unlocks 12 hours of donor perks and 50,000 economy cash as a thank-you.

Every module has its own interactive slash command panel. Just run the relevant /setup command — for example /ticket setup, /welcomer setup, or /automod setup — and an interactive panel will guide you through the configuration. No dashboard, no external website required.

I request only the permissions actually needed for the features you use — nothing extra. The full list is shown in the Discord OAuth invite flow before you authorise anything. For core moderation to work correctly, I need Ban Members, Kick Members, Manage Messages, and View Audit Log. Other modules may need additional permissions which are clearly listed during setup.

Yes — Lounary supports any number of servers simultaneously. All settings are fully isolated per guild. Changes made on one server have absolutely no effect on any other server.

First, check that Lounary has permission to Send Messages and Use Application Commands in the channel you're trying to use. If permissions look fine, try re-inviting the bot. If the problem persists, open a ticket in the support Discord — we'll get it sorted quickly.

Most modules have a dedicated reset or disable option inside their setup panel. For example, /welcomer reset clears all welcome settings, and /autopublish disable turns off auto-publishing for a specific channel. Check the commands page for the full list per module.

Join the official support Discord via the discord button on the main page. The team usually responds within a few hours. You can also open a ticket directly from your own server using /ticket open if the ticket system is configured.

Open a ticket in the support Discord or use the /report command from your own server. Bug reports should include as much detail as possible — what you were doing, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. Feature requests are always welcome and reviewed by the team.

Lounary only stores data that is strictly necessary for features to function — things like configured channel IDs, role IDs, warning records, and suggestion entries. No message content is stored beyond what's needed for the logging module's cache. Data is never shared with third parties.
